Cloud Nine started as a market stall with one blender, a waffle iron and a slightly dangerous love of Belgian chocolate. Word got out. Now we plate up the good stuff seven nights a week from our corner of the Northern Quarter.
Everything is finished to order, so your waffle is hot, your cream is freshly whipped and your shake still has a swirl on top when it lands. No shortcuts, no dust from a jar, just proper dessert done properly.
